These terms apply whenever you call, text, or submit the quote form on this page to book a job with True North Junk Hauling ("we," "us," "our"), a locally owned junk removal business serving Oxford, MS and Lafayette County. By booking a pickup, you agree to the terms below.
Pricing & Quotes
We price by volume-based flat-rate tiers, not by the hour: Small Load ($199+), Medium Load ($299+), Large Load ($499+), Trailer Load ($999+). The price we give you over the phone or by text is based on your own description of the job. We confirm the final price in person, before we touch anything, once we can see the actual volume.
If what's on-site clearly matches what you described, the on-site price matches the phone quote. If the actual job is materially larger or different from what was described, we'll tell you the revised price before starting, not after.
Scheduling & Same-Day Availability
Same-day pickup is offered on a best-effort basis and depends on the time of your call and our current schedule. We'll always give you a realistic time window, we don't guarantee a specific hour of arrival, but we do call or text ahead when we're on our way.
What We Don't Take
We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, asbestos, or materials confirmed to contain lead-based paint. If a job includes items we can't legally haul, we'll identify them on-site and quote the rest of the job separately.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, once the final price is confirmed on-site. We don't collect payment information through this website; payment is handled in person or by phone at the time of pickup.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a booked pickup at no charge by calling or texting us as soon as you know, ideally before our crew is already en route.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
